Careers

The forest, wood, paper and timber products industry is high-tech and modern and right now it needs good people interested in a career for life.

Gone are the days of handsaws and axes - even chainsaws are mostly a thing of the past.

In this industry there are careers at each step of the process - from planting the seed, harvesting the tree, processing the log, manufacturing the product and finally to selling the product.

Whether you want to work with your hands in the outdoors, or operate high-tech machinery in a ‘cutting-edge' sawmill or paper mill, there's a career for you in the forest, wood, paper and timber products industry.
